Head of Risk Management (80% – 100%)

To reinforce and further develop our activities, we are currently looking for a:

Head of Risk Management (80% - 100%)

Key Responsibilities

  • Advising and supporting IBC account executives in the acquisition of mandates for insurable and non-insurable risks
  • Participating in national tenders and developing innovative risk management solutions in chosen strategic business segments
  • Preparation of offers, business risk analysis, organization of the analysis with clients, coaching and management of workshops, drafting of working documents and final reports
  • Carry out particular risk analysis with the support of external specialists
  • Advising clients and prospects on risk management solutions and insurance transfers
  • Coaching the implementation of long-term risk management plans for IBC clients
  • Develop expertise in risk analysis and management: market survey, continuous training, participation in conferences, symposiums and professional associations, monitoring of legislation, monitoring of IT management tools, etc.
  • Leading and managing IBC's internal risk reviews


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, risk management or other related fields at a leading university (EPF/ETH, HES, UNI)
  • Risk Management certification or proven experience in a similar role
  • Further training and education in insurance including legal aspects
  • Multidisciplinary professional experience in various sectors of activity: industry, commerce, quality assurance, Corporate Governance
  • Experience in project management
  • Ability to work completely independently with usual IT tools
  • Languages: French, German, English

Account Executive (F/H) à 80% ou 100%

Principales missions

  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients (entreprises dès 50 collaborateurs)
  • Entretenir et développer le portefeuille existant
  • Réaliser des entretiens de conseil personnalisés
  • Développer ses relations via les réseaux sociaux
  • Etre présent dans le tissu économique vaudois

Votre profil

  • Intermédiaire AFA au minimum, idéalement brevet fédéral en assurances privées
  • Excellente maitrise du français ; anglais un plus
  • Idéalement 10-15 ans d’expérience dans le courtage ou au service externe de compagnie d’assurances dans l’acquisition et la gestion de clients d’entreprises
  • Ambition et volonté d'atteindre des objectifs
  • Indépendant, dynamique, précis, flexible, organisé, proactif
